Time Conditions

Sixty Moves every Sixty Minutes (1 minute
by move approximately).
Phases
First Phase - Eliminatory Swiss System
-
Ten rounds with the Swiss System.

Sixteen participants.
-
Every chess program has asigned a number
according to its alphabetical order position.

The pairings of this phase have being
generated with the Swiss Perfect 2.4 Software.

The elo for each chess program has being
calculated with the Swiss Perfect 3 Ratings Software.
-
The initial Elo for each Chess Program
will be 2000.

Only eigth programs will classify to the
next phase.

In the event of some programs get identical
score, it will be played a tie-break eliminatory match system among the
tied-score programs, according to their reached position in the table for
this phase.
Second Phase - Quarter Finals:
Eliminatory Matches of Two Games

Quarter Final One: First classified
of the first phase vs. Eighth classified of the first phase.

Quarter Final Two: Second classified
of the first phase vs Seventh classified of the first phase.

Quarter Final Three: Third classified
of the first phase vs Sixth classified of the first phase.

Quarter Final Four: Fourth classified
of the first phase vs Fifth classified of the first phase.
Third Phase - Semi-Finals:
Eliminatory Matches of Four Games

Semi-Final One: Winner of the quarter
final one vs. Winner of the quarter final four.

Semi-Final Two: Winner of the quarter
final two vs. Winner of the quarter final three.
Fourth Phase - Final:
Eliminatory Match of Four Games

Final Match: Winner of the Semi-Final
One vs. Winner of the Semi-Final Two.
